GUARANTEE
All puppies are sold as companion pets and
are evaluated and honestly represented as accurately as possible.
All puppies are examined
by a licensed veterinarian and are guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. A state of Missouri
Health Certificate will be furnished at time of delivery.
This puppy is guaranteed to
be purebred and registered with either APRI or AKC. Breeder will give Registration papers upon receiving
them from APRI or AKC and full payment and signed contract from the buyer.
TJ's For
Paws Kennel guarantees this puppy to be free of all Communicable disease for a period of 10 days from the delivery date of
the puppy. TJ's For Paws Kennel also guarantees this puppy to be free of Genetic Defects that make
the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a “family pet” until the puppy reaches one year of age.
Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore
is not covered: umbilical hernia, undescending testicle, under bite or overbite. Also in Papillons, Cavaliers,
Silky Terriers and Shih Tzus we do not guarantee against hip, knee or eye problems due to the genetic nature of these
breeds to have these problems. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems
are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. In the
event of death of puppy, the Buyer (at Buyer’s expense) must provide the Seller a letter stating cause of death from
attending veterinarian along with a copy of autopsy report. If the cause of death is found to be due to
a congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given upon availability Buyer will be responsible
for all shipping expenses of replacement puppy. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire when
the puppy reaches one year of age. Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within
10 days of purchase, unless I stated otherwise that they need vaccinations before the 10 days are up. We
do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis, or Giardia after 72 hours of purchase.
If
this puppy displays any indication of poor health, you must notify me by the 10th day to make a claim for a replacement puppy.
If your puppy is very sick or has a congenital defect found by your vet, you will return him or her to our kennel (
at Buyers expense) with the registration papers and a written, signed statement from your vet on office stationary, stating
health risk and a description of the symptoms supporting his/her opinion to validate this guarantee. Any
vet bills obtained to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to
do this will cause this contract to be null and void.
Seller has done everything possible
to produce a healthy, sound puppy in regards to diet, exercise, and socialization and vet care. Puppies
must be given follow-up shots in order to have full immunity and wormed regularly. A premium food such
as Pro Pac, Iams, Science Diet, Royal Canine or other must be fed. Table scraps are discouraged.
The seller will not be responsible for ailments resulting from obesity, second hand smoke, malnutrition, dehydration,
starvation or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations.
